Open House Gives Prospective Students Insight into AUA’s Graduate Program
YEREVAN–Over a hundred prospective students visited the AUA campus on Saturday, November 17, to attend an Open House event aimed at introducing potential applicants to the University’s diverse graduate program.
“It is always a great opportunity for us to open our doors to prospective students who are interested in pursuing their graduate studies at the American University of Armenia,” said Arina Zohrabian, Director of Admissions.
The day-long event began with a meet and greet with various faculty and staff, followed by guided tours of the University and its colleges and an hour-long general informational session about AUA’s graduate program and the admissions and application process.
“From learning about the broad financial assistance programs available, to seeing AUA’s state of the art facilities and meeting with Faculty and staff–students left with a much better understanding of what they can expect from AUA,” added Zohrabian. “We look forward to assisting prospective students at future events, especially at additional Open Houses, application help days, and more.”
AUA’s graduate program offers Master’s degree in eight fields of study: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Systems Management, Computer and Information Science, Political Science and International Affairs, Economics, Public Health, Law, and Teaching English as a Foreign Language.
